If you are seeking assistance with utilities, searching for available senior housing, looking for information on prescription drug assistance, or if you are a professional wanting to enhance your education by attending a training or workshop, COAAA can help. With the assistance of area providers, COAAA arranges and coordinates services to help individuals with daily living such as homemaking, transportation, home delivered meals, and personal care.
COAAA offers education and resources to caregivers, professionals, and the public and advocates for programs and policies that benefit older adults and individuals with disabilities. The case manager will check in with you regularly to make sure the care you get meets quality standards. Case managers will review your care plan and adjust it, if necessary, as your needs change.
