Thank you. Comment Post Cancel. I had the same problem - tried disabling Foxit Cloud in preferences before finding this thread and that did not work, removing it thru the Control Panel method mentioned above did fix the issue.

I do not currently require Foxit Cloud, but would prefer not to have to have it disabled. I know only that it's version 7. EDIT: I've already tried to reinstall it. Microsoft should distribute only tested and good updates, instead of forcing these masterpieces of incompetence. When they decided to download upgrades without asking, they should be responsible for the mess they cause. This solution is ridiculous. I don't have time to try and try include services to find out which one has the bug. I've been using it for many years without problems, but some "bugware" windows update made it crash.

I cannot use the software at all. I have updated the software to the latest version but nothing seems to fix the problem. I ran the software on Windows 10 for months without issue. Suddenly Windows 10 updated and I cannot use it at all.
